Los Altos Arts & Wine Festival

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 44th Annual Los Altos Arts & Wine Festival! This event would not be possible without the time and energy contributed by our wonderful volunteers.  **Anyone who signs up and attends at least two shifts at the 2023 Festival will automatically go into the draw to win a 4-night trip to Baja - food & drinks included (flights not included; restrictions apply).**

Please review the following important information before signing up to volunteer:

Volunteers under the age of 21 may only sign up for the Soda/Water booths. For those in all other booths, by signing up to volunteer, you agree to conform to all California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control laws regarding the sale of alcohol. You may only serve paying customers who wear the Festival wristband as proof of age.

Please plan to attend the volunteer appreciation and training event on July 5th, 2023 at 5pm at Patriot Corner in Shoup Park, 400 University Ave. More details to follow.

To sign up, select the type of booth you want to work, select the date, then scroll down to select the time of the shift. Please click on "view description" for important information about your selected job. Once you have checked the box next to the shift you want, scroll to the bottom of the page to enter your email address, name and mobile phone number. (Below that, you may add additional volunteers to your shift. You will need to enter the name and email address of each volunteer.) Read the Volunteer Waiver and indicate that you accept the terms by checking the box and signing electronically. Finally, click the "Sign Up To Volunteer" button at the very bottom. You should receive a confirmation email shortly after signing up.
